I am a “language acquisitionist” with an interest in both theoretical
and applied aspects of linguistics:

First language acquisition, including monolingual and bi-/multi-lingual as well as typical and impaired acquisition

Second language learning and teaching, especially L2 writing, TESOL, and English for academic and professional purposes

Syntax, in particular syntax of aspect and the verb phrase and their acquisition
